Analyzing Liberian Fighters in the Liberian Civil War

The faction of this particular fighter is hard to decipher. No sources offer any identies for this fighter. Unfortunately, Liberian warlord militias, like all non-state have no sense of uniformity unlike state armies (although Prince Johnson's INPFL had military fatigues, possibly captured from the AFL). However, some fighters have been known to were t-shirts of their factional leaders, which unfortunately this individual does have such writing on his shirt. The quality of the photo suggests that this photo was shot somewhere in the 1st Liberian Civil War. I would personally guess NPFL or ULIMO-J (both factions practiced widespread use of cannibalism). ULIMO-K is another likely candidate (they were also infamous for cannibalism), but most photos of ULIMO-K fighters that I have seen in  Fasuekoi's work "Rape, Loot, and Murder" were all in military fatigues (possibly supplied by the Guinean Government). So any thoughts on the identification of this cannibalistic fighter?
[Update, I later identified this fighter as a pro-government militiaman in the 2nd Liberian Civil War]
