Non State Organization Based on Appearance of Fighters Part 2 ISIS

The appearance of these Islamic State (ISIS) fighters contrast with stereotypes of Muslim fundamentalists. ISIS seems to be a well organized militia, since its fighters seem to be well uniformed according to these pictorial sources. ISIS is even equipped with tanks (something unexpected in non-state groups) captured from the Iraqi army. ISIS seems to have the resources to equip its fighters with uniforms.
ISIS militants seem to be well funded and organized enough to capture substantiate territory in both Iraq and Syria, while with most non-state groups have hardly the capabilities to even hold small amounts of territory.
ISIS contrasts strongly against ULIMO-J's loosely uniformed and organized "army". The Islamic State is so well organized that it is virtually a proto-country.
